All our courses are digital products. Once your payment is verified and course access is activated, the course materials become immediately available to you. For this reason, refunds are handled under the conditions below rather than as automatic returns.
2. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided that you have consumed less than 20% of the course content (for example, watched lessons or downloaded materials amounting to less than one-fifth of the course). Refund requests must be sent within the 7-day window; requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

To request a refund, contact us using the WhatsApp button on this website or the contact details on our contact page. Please include your name, the course purchased, the date of purchase, and your payment reference or transaction ID so we can verify your order.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted where more than 20% of the course content has been consumed, where the request is made more than 7 days after purchase, or where the account has been used to share or distribute course content in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
5. Refund Method and Timing
Approved refunds will be returned using the same method as the original payment (Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer) within 7 to 14 working days of approval. Any transfer charges on the refund are the responsibility of the customer unless the refund is due to our error.

If you experience technical problems accessing your course, please contact our support first. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues before a refund is considered.
